What he likes most about being a Warrior: the teachers, the environment, the community, the special events that come with being a Warrior

Favorite Way to get Exercise: Walking my dogs

One thing he is really great at: Math and science

One thing he wishes he were better at: Art and Drawing

Best tip for success to Underclassmen: Don't give up in your classes- seek help if you need it. Be friendly with your teachers and follow their rules.

His Top 5 Contributions to the School and Community:

  • played 'Abraham Lincoln' in the school Fall Play
  • Volunteer at CSF and Interact events
  • Volunteer at the Monument Crisis Center every Tuesday
  • Co-President and Co-Founder of the Tutoring Club
  • Newsletter writer for the Puente program
What he feels makes a great leader: "A great leader is someone who is always themselves and sets a great example for others."

An example of a great leader: Mrs. Lomas is a great leader.

Something that YVHS does really well: Entertaining the students with special events like rallies

Two ideas to improve things here at YVHS: Get more advanced science classes for students to take, and find a better and more efficient way to spread news- most people can't hear the intercom.

Something he would like to improve about himself: I would like to get better at time management and not procrastinating on things.

Quote of the Moment: "If you focus on what you left behind, you will never be able to see what lies ahead."
